Meet the professors that really strive to make a difference
Dr. Josephine McMurray
Dr McMurray is a full-time faculty member in the School of Business & Economics, BTM program. She teaches the BTM foundations course Business in a Networked world, the capstone Strategy & Enterprise Architecture course, as well as organizational theory & change, marketing, and healthcare technology management. Her research interests focus on technology and innovation in the health sector.
She was a member of the 2003 Laurier MBA team that competed in the John Molson MBA International Case Competition. She has contributed to the selection and coaching of other Laurier MBA teams, and participates annually as a faculty judge in the SBE ICE competitions.

Dr. Rosemary A. McGowan is an Associate Professor in the Business Technology Management and Leadership Programs at Wilfrid Laurier University. Dr. McGowan’s research explores organizational discourse and focuses on leadership and leadership development, women in leadership and management, perceptions of employment equity, work and family/eldercare challenges, careers of millennials in the public service sector, as well as managerial roles and identities.
In addition, she has co-authored papers on the experiences of college transfer students attending university. She is a published case writer. Her teaching interests include leadership, organizational behaviour, project management, and organization theory.
